With Hotspur dead, the King's army had effectively crushed the rebellion. As the kingdom moves back toward stability, Prince Hal drifts back into hanging out with low company, embarassing his father and again making the court wonder if he is worthy of the throne. Another rebellion is brewing, more insidious and conspiratorial than the last.
